Breakfast Bowl


After making once, this turned into my families favorite breakfast meal.

What you need for this recipe as shown
  • Pack of bacon
  • 2 cans crescent rolls (8 count each)
  • Eggs
  • Cheese  (your choice, I prefer a Colby and Monterey Jack but had to settle for Chedder)
*Add what you want....after making this one, I have decided  sausage and green peppers would set this over the top. Will be added next time


Lay rolls around  to make a sun...best way I can describe. Points going outwards. Lay larger piece of roll together, overlapping. It left  the center opened so I used one roll to push down and spread out to close in the bottom. 

Cover center of dough with shredded cheese
 
Meanwhile, cook bacon. Do not making it too crispy or it will break in half when making this. Place bacon outwards on each roll
 

Scramble eggs and put in the middle of the ring. I cooked 6 jumbo eggs

Add more shredded cheese on top of the eggs

Pull rolls over and close in the bowl. I added more cheese to the top before baking

Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown


Cut and serve
